The thing about where I live… Haven’t been gridlocked in a traffic jam for over an hour…
Except when I visit this horrible place called Chicago. I drove 7 hours and then got stuck. Been inching along slower than a snail ever since.
This is the reason I don’t want to live here again. Traffic. It’s everywhere all the time.
I do feel sorry for you, its like when I visit Sydney and think to myself as I’m stuck in the traffic: How do people do this every day? Where I live ten cars at the traffic lights is considered congestion.

I live in a smaller city now. I can get to work without encountering stop and go the whole way there. My mom and other family members want me to move back… And there are good things. But I was stuck in traffic for 2 hours today! At one point, I didn’t move at all for 9 minutes! (that’s probably when I posted this from my phone.) Who wants to deal with that all the time?

Oh I agree, I used to have ways home from work with the least number of stops involved….life can be stressful enough without traffic issues on top of everything else.

I now live 3.1 miles from work… It’s the best minimal traffic situation
